Single track mastering is our fastest service. Most masters are delivered within one business day.
3–5 Business Days
Full stem mixing takes 3–5 days — we take the time needed to do it right.
4–6 Business Days
Bundles run back-to-back for efficiency. Most singles are done within 4 days.

Rush mixing and mastering available for an additional R150–R299. Subject to availability.
About Our Info
Our standard turnaround times are based on a first-come, first-served booking queue. Rush services are available for time-sensitive releases at an additional fee. During peak periods (Fridays, month-end, and around public holidays), turnaround times may extend slightly — we'll always communicate this at the time of booking.
For large projects like albums, we work out a phased delivery schedule with you upfront so you're never waiting on an entire album's mixes at once. Regular progress updates are sent throughout the project.

What happens if you miss the delivery deadline?
If we miss a confirmed delivery date for reasons within our control, we'll refund 20% of the service fee and expedite your delivery as the top priority.
Can I request a specific delivery date?
Yes — when booking, mention your required delivery date and we'll either confirm we can meet it or suggest an alternative.
Does the turnaround time include revisions?
No — the turnaround time covers the initial delivery. Revisions typically add 24–48 hours per round. We process revisions the same day we receive your feedback where possible.
Is rush mixing available on weekends?
Rush weekend delivery is available at an additional premium. Submit your request by Friday noon for the best chance of same-weekend delivery.
