Welcome to Beats By Wise G. By accessing our website, purchasing beats, or booking our mixing and mastering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.
2. Licensing and Usage
The purchase of any beat from Beats By Wise G grants the buyer a specific, non-exclusive or exclusive license as detailed in the applicable licensing agreement. All intellectual property rights not expressly granted to the buyer remain the property of Beats By Wise G. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale of our instrumentals without an appropriate license is strictly prohibited. We specialize in Hip hop, Trap, RnB, and POP music.
3. Mixing and Mastering Services
When booking mixing and mastering services, turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on workload and revision requests. Revisions are restricted to the number specified in your purchased package. Additional revisions will incur an extra fee. We require high-quality stems to ensure the best possible result.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products (downloadable beats and digital audio files), all sales are final. Refunds are strictly not issued for beat purchases once the files have been downloaded. For mixing and mastering services, partial refunds may only be considered if work has not yet commenced.
